Yoga Day

We celebrate international Yoga Day every year on June 21. It aims to provide mental health fitness, physical health fitness of mind, body and soul. We organize various activities for children.

Ramzan Id

According to Islam religion, Ramzan Id is a very holy festival. Ramzan means a month of fasting and offering prayer to Allah.

Christmas

We celebrate the birthday of Jesus Christ on 25 th December. We organize cultural programmes, Christmas tree competitions etc. to mark the event.

Janmashtami

The Lord Sri Krishna was born at midnight on later elf of Shravan which marks the celebration of the festival, Janmshtami. People decorate a cradle at midnight and swings it with the idol of the Lord Krishna.We organize cultural competitions related to the festival.

Republic Day

We celebrate 26 th January as Republic Day of India, the day on which our constitution came into effect. We celebrate it with great enthusiasm as citizens of India organizing various competitions for students.

Rakshabandhan

It is celebrated in the month of Shravan, during the full moon day. On this day, sisters tie a silk thread on the wrist of their brothers. We organize Rakkhi making competitions in our school.

Independence Day

15 th August is celebrated as the Independence Day in India. We organize various cultural programmes to mark the solemn celebration of the Independence.

Navaratri Festival

Navaratri, meaning nine nights is one of the widely celebrated Hindu festivals in many parts of India, especially in the state of Gujarat. Each night, all over the state, villages and cities alike, people gather to perform ras garbha dance. We organize one day for children the dance ras garbha .

Diwali

The festival of lights is celebrated in the month of Kartik(October-November) on Krishna Chaturdashi. The mythological background of this festival is many and varied. It is said thatwhen Rama returned to Ayodhya after defeating Ravana in Lanka, the people of Ayodhya celebrated the event with lights.
